Return & Warranty Policy

At A-Dailey-Brand, we stand for quality and durability. It is extremely important to us that when you place your trust in our product to store your precious gear, that you do not regret it. Below you can read more about our guarantee conditions and the reflection time you get to see if our product really suits you. And that you can enjoy a well-functioning product without any worries.

1. Return policy

After your purchase, you have a 30 days reflection time to review the product and see if this truly suits you. The products will preferably be sent back with the tags still attached and in the original package. If you do not like the item you have purchased, Just click on the button below to initiate the return free of cost in The Netherlands or Belgium.

We guarantee our products for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Should any defects arise that impair the product’s usability, customers are invited to contact us via email at Info@adaileybrand.com. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for details on the warranty’s scope and exclusions.

Warranty conditions

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Breakage or failures that make the product non-functional

The warranty covers:

• • Cosmetic blemishes, scratches stains or any wear and tear. Check our instructions on how to clean your gear.
  • Breakage or failures made intentionally or by misuse and neglect of the product.
